But anywho, anyone care to tell who needs a refresher orb? Cause i don't see nobody.

then you rearm refresher which will give 3 charges of abilities! Then re-arm it over and over till you have 9001 charges!

*refresher on tinker gives 2 charges of abilities, same when you do lothars with riki, youll go doubleinvis, only 2 gems in inventory can reveal you

@239 It's simply amazing; sometimes that 1 second re-arm is just too slow for him. What happens if you get disabled when you're rearming? The cooldowns won't reset!

With refresher, they'll reset with no delay, making it more core on him than BoT.

My original comment ("that was a legitimate question") was aimed towards 228 who called 225 a "noob comment"

I THEN proceeded to answer 227 which led people to think I actually get Refresher on Magina.

*Again to emphasize: I talked about both Magina and Obsidian Destroyer. Magina with Refresher is fail, and the comment was sarcasm.

Obsidian Destroyer, who is abbreviated as OD, in case anyone missed it, to me will not really get a full use out of a 2nd ultimate. Here is why:

It's already hard enough to cast an ulti which is "select a target area" and trying to do it a second time while more than likely only being against 1-2 heroes it not worth the Refresh or mana used, again, in my opinion.

Ok, my Magina comment was total sarcasm.

Read this about what I said about Refresher on OD (THIS is the main point of my comment and fully answers the question in accordance to my humble opinion):

most fights I see with OD involved don't tend to last long enough for himt o be able to position his Ulti twice, or it even be worth the time and mana to do it. Its up to you.

Main point 1: Fights wont last long enough

Main point 2: "it wont be worth the time or mana spent"

Refresher on magina is not a good decision and he doesnt have the mana to support the 200 or so mana for his ult 375 mana to use refresher and another 200 mana to ult again. Refresher doesnt even give your hero extra mana...just regen! So thats 800 mana you need for that combo plus the mana you need to blink around as well. Not worth it.

As for OD... refresher is a viable option imo. Essence aura regens your mana almost instantly and at level 4, in 1 - 3 attacks you will be back at full mana.

Guys I just got this on magina and i totally owned. If u be chasin a hp hero and u get a ikill you can blink+refresh+blink agin you never have to level blink just get a refresher and own!

...Do you not know that the all of the same item will Cooldown the moment you use 1 of them...!?

Would this be a good item on obsidian? if he's reasonably farmed/fed, a double-ulti can kill dpsers, render casters useless and take a big chunk out of tanks. the bonuses from perse are pretty useful while making it too.
