ES refresher isnt a good idea. If you have enough creeps worth an ES ult, they would be dead, and your second ult would be quite a fail.

No it's not. It takes up too much mana and luna would be better as a dps type.

I don't now, i'm facing hard times on trying caster luna.
You could use it with lothar and aghanim to dish over 7k damage with Luna ultimastes.
but in pratice is not so easy to do this.
