I usually go perseverance for Akasha and make it Linken's Sphere. Balanced item and nice ^^

Does this item increase the mana regen from +Int items, or does it only increase your base mana regen?

I sometimes use this without any recipes. very useful in earlygame. on bristleback e.g. I make vanguard, then voidstone, and then other items like HoT, Radiance.u won't have a lack of mana in early, later u won't neeed mana with bristleback ;)

Agreed , it's always a great solution for int heroes and SOMETIMES even for strength heroes that depend a lot on their skills in this case Perseverance ftw ...oh and ever heard of Bloodstone ?
