32 was right because 2 ring of regens have 4 hp regen whereas 1 health has 5

they are both the same cost effective (175 for each 1 regen bonus), but ring of health is better since it saves space
on the otherhand, ring of regen costs less so u can get its effects earlier and its easier to buy (2 shops sell it, one in lane and 1 in base) where ring of health has to be bought at secrets :(

still the Ring of Health is better +5 regen and it saves more space in your backpack. The only reason why you buy RoR is that it can turn into Vlads or HoR for Mekasam

I find tangos to give a much better value. More regen for a smaller price, and you still get regen when you need it.
This saves on money since the RoR becomes very weak after about level 10.
The only time I'll buy RoR is when I'm playing an extremly low-hp hero or aiming to build an item with it, like Vladimirs or Hood of defiance.

Very helpful early game,along with tangos i almost never go back to the fountain to heal

this is a main item for early game. I never go anywhere in the beginning without it.
