As does Eul's Scepter of Divinity! Anyway many league players have had Phase Boots along with BoT just for the phase ability..

MS does not Stack. BoT does not stack with Phase. Only Yasha stacks on MS with other Boots.

BoT to assasinate doesn't mean that you will not stop assasinating.
doesn't mean that u will use boT everytime and use it in everycooldown.

but i agree u dont need boT to hunt red heroes in other lanes.

because assasinate has very longe range.

u can walk for few seconds and take a shot. - an instant kill.

To everyone who says this is expensive, go fuck off please. this is no where expensive, i always rush this on almost every non DPS hero, like str/ints, and for even some DPS like never more and so (heroes that doesnt have a disable) and it always works wonder, u farm ALOT gold cause of it, just find a lane, tp, get all the gold. u chase better and get the kills. also u wont have to keep scrolls to tp when u juke and so. simple, a perfect item for nearly every hero.on of my favourite items
