initial regen=0.03x20=0.6
1st sobi=50%x0.6=0.3
0.6+0.3=0.9
2nd sobi=50%x0.9=0.45
0.9+0.45=1.35
so that's not 50%+50%=75%
1.35-0.6=0.75
0.75/0.6=125%

It adds 50% of your base regen, and that depends on your initial INT stats (Each INT point is 0.03 mana regen per second, and this is only for the starting INT)

It doesnt work like voidstone, basic math man, 50% mana regen + 50% mana regen = 75% mana regen.
