these are good for low hp heroes early game who may get harrased quite badly. think about it, you have a 550 max hp hero, you dont want to risk having to go under 150 hp just to heal (with healing salves) and if you dont then you wasting alot of the regen it provides, therefore tangos work much better as you can start healing before getting too low on hp. i would still suggest one set of tangoes and a healing salve incase you get mega harrased at some point and need fast hp regen

Yes, you buy this becuz it doesn't dispelled on attack unlike slave, it's cheap, the seperate charges al so usefull, good for juking and most importantly, it's cheaper than salve.

I don't why people ALWAYS get this over healing salve. The salve heals more than all three combined for only 10g more. Plus, it heals much faster. Is it because of the ability to keep it if attacked, or because of separate charges?

you eat a tree to get healt back for about 110hp
but it is more like extra regen for 110hp
however this does not lose its effect if you are attacked unlike some heealing items
