On mort PMS is way better. PMS + quelling + helm is perfect for unstoppable jungle.

i love how some pubbers think that vanguard is not for carries and only delays core items. On most carries, vangaurd if melee is a core and sometimes even ranged. Carries are focused and need extra survivability to deal out more damage

just the percentage not the dmg block
so 2 vgd mean 12 hp regen, 600 hp and 91% chance to block 40 dmg.

The hp and regen stacks fully, but the damage blocking stacks dimishingly.
1 Vanguard = 70% block
2 vanguard = 91% block
3 vanguard = 97% blcok

The difference is minimal so you shouldnt get more than one
