Good idea, would be helpful with some heroes with massive stats

you should include which heroes it's good for and synergies it has with other items

I think the recipe costs too much (1500) for the benefit (activate ability) that you get

think the activated ability is pretty balanced and cool, maybe decrease the bonus dmg to 0.5

decrease the cooldown to 50 or 60 sec

if you heal during that time that it's on, will that reduce the amount of damage you take at the end of the effect?

decrease the recipe to 1000 gold

creative, pretty balanced, cool effect

Interesting.. very dangerous to use, I like that about it. Watch out for disables or you will wake up dead: Never use around Lina, Shadow Shaman, Witch Doctor!!! or Lion.

if zeus nuked you with 350 damage while this item is activated, after the duration you'll lose again 350 x 1.5 = 525 damage. you lost a total of 875 HP coz of what happened. very risky. if you die with this item, that should be consider as "denying yourself".

For the activation, do you mean you lose 1.5*damage taken, or HP lost? If have you lifesteal and a fast enough attack speed you could probably loose only, what, 100 HP? If you mean 1.5*damage taken that would make more sense.

Cool item idea, the activation makes it sort of like a mix between Arlmet and Maledict.

Oh and does the activation last 10 or 20 seconds? you've written two different things.

Well for the price tag, its pretty imba (15 to all stats!) i guess it will override satanic.

Faceless Void would own with this item.

paired with HyperStone(Avoid madness cause you may only have an orb effect) and BFury/Buriz.

Good job dude :) another lifesteal that has helped dota users over the world. But helm is used in satanic so suggesting mask of madness is better because void would need an item which would need MoM. If I made this, I'd say 22% lifesteal, +20 damage and 15 attributes. And activaton:
Dark frenzy or some cool name..
It would give 100% attack speed but user would take 35% extra damage. Also, the user would get 15% movement speed. But I would increase the price. Anyway, I really like your idea :3. 9.99/10 :)

Lets make an example:
You start with 2000hp and fight, get damaged to 1400hp. Then you get healed to 1800. When the activation is over you get 600*1.5=900 damage. Means 1800-900=900.
You get 1.5 damage you lost hp. Maybe i should have said this more detailed int he decription.

This is great for you to escape death in a way that your streak won't be ended but if you are strong enough then you won't need such item that can kill you and then you will be waiting for the revival of your hero for 1 minute

Great Item! I really like the idea because the cost of the hp don't make it imba. And also it become an item that you HAVE to use carefully or else you gonna be pwned. Really great item imho. 10/10

Personally, I think that 1.5x is way too much... just throwing it out there, but it's giving all of your enemies more than a double damage rune while they attack you, and it works on spells too.. :S

One disable while this is activated, and you're dead.

Otherwise, good item, but also a tad too expensive? I'd either make it mask of death or no scroll

nice combo of spd dmg n lifesteal, but i agree with it being too dangerous. i suggest maybe instead of using the dmg received by the hero to be multiplied, but use the (dmg - possible healing/magic reduction spells - hp lifestealed) to be multiplied by 1.5 so that the 'hp loss' at the end of the 20 sec is calculated after possible liferegen. this would make it a little bit less risky.

i think the benefits are ok but the cost is too much. 1.5 times the hp lost is like getting hit with maledict and then bombarded with skills. also would be quite useless in a clash cause your gonna get hurt a lot! maybe you should change it to increased damage taken like MoM so low hp but high armor heroes can use it. nice idea though keep it up.

I suggest decreasing recipe cost to 1000

very situational and I think it would be rarely used even though it's orginal but I think armelt just fills it's place,even if the trade issomething other.... dunno maybe a 7/10 for the idea..

should add 20% lifesteal for the buff 30 more asp (50%) and 20% ms.
make the 1.5x hp you lost during activation to 1.3x the difference in hp from the activation, that way you with these changes you can stay and fight so that the lifesteal does its thing without worrying about dmg. Otherwise say that anybody stuns you and hits a couple of times and then runs away when you get to 50% hp, you would die...
but with the ms and lifesteal you could chase him down and kill him, leaving you with 100%hp

that could tern into alot of damage, can you be killed from the damage, and if side who would get the kill. Would it be a suicide?

maybe you should decrease damage taken by the effect to 1 times damage taken. btw nice item for morphling traxex and centaur late game.
