no i tink he means thet the item heals ONLY 60 hp and 30 mana and it takes 6 seconds to do so

Err.....not really worth it.....unless he says the cooldown of the item spell.

60hp*3 charges=180hp (flask 400hp)
30mana* 3charges=120mana (clarity 100mana)

so for 120 gold u get 180hp and 120 mana
or ypu could get 400 hp and 100 man for 150 gold

this needs rework

for me, its a cool idea... great for almost all hero.. who doesnt need hp and mana regen early game?

There are alredy too much itens of regen. Flask, Clarity, Tangle, Bottles.
And also bottle alredy substitue this item. Even if the cost of this itens is lower.

and for those of you saying it will cause your creeps to push, back up, it has an aoe of 250, not very much

the only reason to get this is if you and a partner are in a lane that is getting harassed or is doing the harassing, otherwise tangoes or clarities are better

not very original, it's just a bottle that affects an area and can't refill

why limit to 4 nearest hero?

since you restore HP and MP on an AoE, then i suggest that the effect should be like arcane's and meka's. one click, one restore ...no more duration and no more dispel when attacked.

i like the idea, very helpful early game on dual lanes. harassing your enemies will be difficult with this item.

that was a good item but i think u should increase more amount of money... coz its too cheap n also it has 3 charges.. how bout making it to 200 gold.. it would be better for me..

Think about it. It's AoE, and 3 charges.
It's a great alterenative to bottle or mekanism.

not worth it item. not because its weak, its IMBA !!! its not worth it since it defies the items both called Mekansm and Arcane Ring. Its like buying it's charges. err 5/10 since its not a bad idea, just crossing the line for the said 2 items

Annoying item. It's AoE effect. Heroes going with you don't have to buy tango at first. I say it is imbalance for the price

with the AOE of 250
for 120 gold...
fine item gud for supporting ally...
but
the heal is low...
better buy 1 flask (400 hp) 1 clarity (100 mana) for 150 gold..
than spent 120 gold..
the only difference is this can support nearby ally..
so 8.5/10

I think you should increase the price of this thing and make it refillable.
I'd recommend:
150 HP and 50 mana over 3 seconds
3 charges refillable
300 gold.
You can say that it's a poor man's Bottle.

Good idea! But, I'd say that you should either improve the effects, or decrease the cost..

make it instant and like a 2 sec cooldown then its something new cause all the other lanestaying items are over time, take this 3 times if your at 10 hp hugging your tower and you should have like 200 hp :) (10+60+60+60+10 regen) and also some mana for a stun if they come anyway.

for me it is so UNBALANCE because of its regen for hp & mana....bundle of kelp has a low price with a cool regeneration while ring of health has a price of 875gold with a low regeneration fo hp???So for me it is UNBALANCE

this item could be better... increase the hp regen. and a little of mana regen. too

Not enough mana and hp for its price. 100 gold can get u a 400 hp pot and 50 hp can get u a 100 mp pot. You should double the effect then it would be good.

i like the item, it would be very affective in 2v2. like arcane ring or mekansm, but the cost is a little to much, id like it to be 100 gold since of the 3 charges.
