is the increase in chances a buff?(can be purged)

whoah double chance is a bit too strong does this also mean double chance for multicast? cause if it is then whoah 60 percent to cast multicast with scepter.
and like 40 percent to do chain lightning with mjonir and 30 percent chance for mortred's crits. and naga siren's crits will be like 90 percent. this item is amazing

Uh if permanent luck is stackable on an every time use I would spend 6k gold on void to get backtrack and bash to 35%.

as a normal person i asume he mean the permanent luck is AS LONG AS U HAVE THE ITEM (dont use the charge). make it +25% to those stuffs, cheapier and rechargeable or like it is now and not rechargeable

the author didnt mention anything about chance on weapon only.. he said double chance for ALL crit strikes etc.

anyway.. use this on sniper, and he'll get 80% chance to deal ministun.. haha...

Boy, this is really cheap.
Can you imagine troll with 20% PERMA stun? All you'd need is 6k, and that ain't much.
Also, this would seriously unbalance a lot of classes.
Which would also mean every time troll wants a quick kill he just buys a clover pot and goes a-killin'

@elgato the writer said doubles the chance for all critical strikes, chain lightnings,bonus damage,etc. NOTE the ect that means all of the like so it also works for bash and maim. btw the writer also never clearly stated thet this item is not for skills. plz read carefully before insulting people. put a max cap on it like maybe 35%-50% max chance (still imba i think) and explain more.

very nice idea imo but way to op...nerf it to a factor of 1.3 or so and btw...how does the perma luck work? do you have it removed on death?...you could also make it that it is randomly dirtributed how much % you gain for a drink...so it would be even more luck dependant..;)

@above for 20 seconds, double luck is there. The extra 1 percent is always there after consumption.

You know this might be fair if heroes were actualy even, i mean spirt breaker with this would be un killable because his stun is sooo cheap.....

doubling is a little too powerful imo, especially with permabashers, if troll has this and some lifesteal he could take down an entire team

when you use it, do you still get the passive bonus of 1% and does that 1% get doubled?

so here are the changes I would recommend
1. get a cooler background story
2. decrease the activated ability to maybe 1.5, still worth the 600 and not totally imba
3. increase the passive to 5%, so it might actually do something

pretty imba for someone like void... and its pretty cheap..

I give it a 5 right now, needs to be nerffed. make it so that the +1% chance can only max out at like 3-5% for balancing purposes or make it like scepter so it will effect certain items/abilities so you can't make a butterfly have upto a 100% chance to dodge.

I've got a beta idea... let this item only affects the other 5 item slot in the inventory, etc 20% chain lightning to 40%.

And does not affect the hero's ability, like PL image forming, Orge Magi's ulti. All these are a no-no. Only items...

Take some crit hero, he has 20% chance to crit, if he drinks 80 of these pots, will his crit chance turn to 100%?

I like the idea, really like it! But I feel it needs some tweaking.

As stated, a lot of things that get doubled tend to become.. Imba. 60% multicast, hell, void could have about an 80% chance to bash. Buying this, then pushing would basicially make you win.

I think the chance should be changed to 7% or so and the perma-luck changed to .50.

It would give you a boost that way, but people wouldn't abuse it, and 600g would stop you attaining other things, so I think that balances it out.

I think it need to be adjusted a bit.. its not that imba if the duration is shorter, for like 5 secs maybe, then it would be enough for only one multicast from ogre, and not as much permabash, or strikes.

will it affect voids backtrack? if it is, than void is our new god.. haha.. 50% backtrack and 50% bash.. cooll...

this item is unfair... imagine a faceless with 25% chance to bash. the chance to bash for 1 second will now be increased to 50% for 20 seconds. its almost a sure kill...
i know 600 is alot to pay just to kill a hero, but it isnt in the end game.
