i really like using hand of midas in this item since it is underused anyway why not give it a good use. Nice item. Still i don't think many will get it. Under 10% is when people usually are running not fighting. Great on blood seeker however.

Bloodseeker? To make it useful to all other heroes I'd suggest adding some sort of movespeed boost, otherwise the damage will go to waste... And usually, those fights to the death decided on the last hit happen very early, not precisely the time when you are actually able to have this...

Heh, you get so much damage already, why make it imba by enabling you to also catch up with the same item? Nah I think heroes will just have to deal with that some other way. Its also got attack speed at all times too.
I think this is better for those heroes who sit there on 100hp and refuse to die, rather than to take advantage of THEIR 10%.

i think make the masterstroke's price a bit lower cause its a bit imba because of a very low damage increase and attackspeed increase
why make it

75 damage
user below 15% hp in an 675 AOE
gains 25 added damage.
its just better because of the lowered AOE and increased attack speed and added damage with below 15% hp and its way better because ur build is too expensive and a sucking stats
my build is way better

also higher attack speed for str heros will be better. and also many ppls will buy divine rapier because of the price of master stroke is very expensive but the max damage will only give u is 120 damage and 20% attack speed
i think 100 damage with faster attackspeed with balanced AOE and user below 15% hp because if 10% hp for user is running lets say if u have a kelens dagger that is only 2150 gold u will never mind the extra 50 damage because it will instant kill enemy with a kelens dagger

lets say u buy a divine rapier with dagger of escape

demon edge = 2600
claymore = 1400
sacred relic = 3800
overall = 7600
that has + 250 damage with a kelens
= 9750 and with a hyperstone that gives +55% attackspeed = 2300 i think
will be 12050 is very expensive for u to farm
but u can get it in late game how about this its sure u can only get this in late game but no blink neither high attackspeed bonus neither high attack damage bonus

oops i think hyperstones r reduced 2 2100 now

you say that buriza is actually better, yet then you make this more expensive,

in mid-late game which is when you would get this, when a hero goes below 10% hp and your attacking him, he would die with or without the bonus 50 damage,

try reducing the price on the scroll, then raise the attack speed gain, lower the damage and buff the ability,

I could put the increased attack speed up to 30% (from 20%), and make the damage 60 and 60 instead of 70 and 50, and lower the recipe by 500. Whadaya think?

uh.......atk plus after enemy hero hp drop below 10%??...i dun think any hero would be walking around with dats hp......if it is....that hero probably dead oredi....try reduce the dmg bonus n increase the hp drop %...den dis item quite fine

anywayz, I think this item have to be buffed to 20% instead of 10 and 35 damage instead of 50.

the use of hand of midas is good to get this item a meaning in games and it helps getting money for this item.

but the fact is I wouldn't get this item when I play. I prefer other items. cz this should be core and it doesn't give HP 2 the heroes who need it with the damage

i think the efect is kind of poor... just look at the buriza comparison way better to get for less gold.

a-15% enemy is already dead always look the heroes you recomend:

sven -15%hp hero =storm bolt shurely dead.

Huskar -15%hp hero=ulti or spear or just follow him will result in death.

spider is considered by me as an assasin so a low hp hero wont be a problem his ulti or nuke will kill him and abvious a so low hp hero!
i think you need to improove it at least to -20% hp and +40 dmg

Good synergy with huskar. I think the item is also well combined with armlet of mordiggian. People will then use hand of midas more often. and when he's bored, he'll turn it into this KILLER item :) 10/10

For example there could be an item that grants to the user a hook.Then everyone would be similar to butcher .

Really cool item. but change +35 dmg to +25% dmg :) and increase the aoe range.
and decrease the enemy heroes life procentage from 20% to 30-40%

Or you can change the damage after the procentage to enemy hero has left
forexample:
enemy hero (EH)
has 40% life = +10%dmg
30%= +20%dmg
20%= +25%dmg
10%= +30%dmg

This is a nice alternative to Radiance.

I think putting midas in would be good and keep the same cost (decrease recipe 850gold). It gives a use for midas and if the player doesn't want midas they can just buy it when they buy this item.

the bonus damage needs to be reduced, 120 is a lot

recommend a different name for the passive ability

really good on BS, would be IMBA with sight and ms bonuses, almost core item for sure (after treads)

might recommend giving more than 30% aspd, like 35% maybe, just a little more than the 2 gloves, would balance out with the reduced bonus damage

balanced imo except for the bonus damage makeing it 120 dmg
