	Discussion: At a first glance your instant reaction to this item is "IMBA" works with most heroes however the incredible cost compensates for the powerful effects. This item is here so that it provides a alternative to SnY, and also take note that maim has been removed, and taking its place is dragon rave. The function of this is to allow heros to kill assassins for efficiently seeing that most of them either have evasion of some skill that causes miss, or just simply to counter butterfly. This item is meant mainly for agi heros whom have high attack but low hp. The hp provided by the 25 strength is enough to give it a slight hp boost. Here are some suggestions for suitable heroes that should get this item: This is my first item suggestion, so please feel free to comment on how it can be improved or balanced.

the ms boost is a bit imba
somebody like razor could get very close to max movement speed with this item, bot, and sange/yasha
but the price balances a little i guess

IMBA!!!+110 damage to agi and str hero also the +23% ms and aspd and with dragon rave another 25% ms and 80% aspd!!! total of 48% increase ms and 103 increase aspd

Yes at first i was screaming Imba but now my opinion is that this item doesnt belong in DotA unless it is nerfed. Will explain why later...

First off, to everyone who thinks its Imba, its not. Its been balanced by the absolutely high cost. But therein lies the problem. IMO the bonuses it gives and the outright cost of the item outwiegh DR itself. If you get my drift, im impying that this would belong in a 5th tier. The bonuses it gives are waaaay too great.

So in order for this item to implemented into DotA there would have to be a 5th tier and since that won't be happening any time soon, I suggest that you tone down the whole item so that its 4th tier material.

I don't care how much it costs, thats insanely imba. Lol. Also as you should all know by now I hate 5th or 6th tier items in general...
OK, seriously what is with all the random numbers. 67 23 23 23 23 57 17... sigh. And getting that much movespeed from a single item is enough imba by itself, let alone all these other things.

It is a bit imba and also it kinda just is like a buffed SnY. And wuts with the random bonuses (63,23,17 :S). Also y use Sange and Yasha in your recipe when they already form to make a perfectly named combined weapon called SnY! Yeh but it DOES cost more than rapier so i dont think too imba. Also 1st rating =D 6.3/10 =D

This is cool, but it should NOT stack with S&Y and decrease some bonuses. Then its balanced.

i prefer if that sange and yasha changed to sange & yasha,
so the price will increase 700 and will be a bit less imba.

activated ability is really imba, last shorter time or make it cost more mana (it's basically a free hero kill [but so is insatiable thirst though]), could also decrease the ms bonus or eliminate it otherwise people will hit 522 easily

not sure how you got your numbers, maybe make them round numbers (20 for example)

cool flavor and creativity

way to strong for Dota, needs to be nerfed

yes the cost kinda makes it more balanced but this item just rapes everyone
