Cool but I agree that the active too much resembles Arctic Blast. Find a way to change it and probably increase the recipe cost as well.

Ha ha, yeah like a Shiva guard for strength heros. Anyways, i thought it was more like a thunder clap from pandaren brewmaster. Lol. Should change the AoE, can't be too much. And is like Vengeful spirit's terror. Lol.

One thing to clarify: "Slows enemies by 40%..." does that include MS, ATK SPD or both?

sorry, this costs too cheap, the cooldown (15 secs) is too fast, and i think most people will prefer shiva.

but i like this item. 8/10

Raise the cooldown to something like 45 seconds and raise the price by like 400 and it will be fine.

Ok IMO you should edit those...

Price:the price is too high maybe you Should lower it to at least 1400 or 1800

Cooldown:Raise it from 15sec to 65sec or 80sec.

Manacost: its too low, 65 is nothing in late game, raise it to 225 or 300 at least.

Attack speed: maybe you should make it
-5%

Earth Smash: Earth smash imo is cool but you should reduce the effect from 4 sec. to 3 sec.

With assalt you can override the -15% AS.

Maybe you could take off the Earth Smash

its active kinda like Maim orb but the reduction of base attack is quite interesting..its cooldown is way too short...make it 20 @ 25...overall,6.5/10

to make it less like Shiv, make it more like geomancer's geostrike, maybe decrease ms and as by 2% each strike and make it cumulative

raise the recipe price and make the active cd a little longer like 20-45 seconds you shouldnt be able to spam an item imo. other than that cool item for str it would be a must get for tanks 8/10. would be killer for panda or ursa with the double slow.

oh i also agree with removing the base damage removal. its really not necessary as you are probably gonna be chasing with this item not fighting face to face and 35% is quite alot.
but great idea overall.

Nice one! Still I think this one is unlikely to be bought since Axes and Hammer = 3,61k and there is no big benefit from these items as stand alone.

8/10 because I think there are better items for strength heroes and this one cannot dominate other endgame strength items.

yeah very good item for hunter heros & its little cheap which is good.we can say this is mid item with reasonable cost.

Great and creative item dude. Though ( just my opinion here) i think u should make it more expensive or else everybody buys it and spam booomm. does the effect stack? i mean the slowing bit. And the stats. Cooldown-make it longer plzz. A great item.

err very little increased damage for such a hgh price. The active skill is too imba. With a lothars, your enemy cant run away. activate skill, after 5 seconds, lothars for 10 secs and cast again. You totally trash your enemies. This item overall... ain't too bad

bery gud item but recomend that coldown is not more than 60 sec and damage about 40 45 becous 30 is to low

I think this is pretty creative but I think it would be better if the mana cost and the cooldown for the active would be increased.
