Does that mean you will have to turn this item on for a minimum of 10 seconds?
I think it should be like Armlet of Mordiggian and the speed aura will wear out when you read 1 hp so you dont actually die. You could use it to suicide of course but I think it would be favorable if it just wears out before you die.

And One more thing you haven't stated what stats it gives. Does that mean it gives no ms??

Costs far too much for what little it gives, plus there is indeed no stated passive movespeed.

However, 10 seconds of losing 50hp/sec WONT kill you. Look at Pudge's rot - does that kill him in 10 seconds?

And yes MS is the only thing this grants. And in my opinion i don't believe it falls short because as i stated above, you can have this on "potentially" forever. A few hearts are sure to slow the hp loss.

And I don't know about "no one will get this". A strength hero with heaps of regen could own with this if all he needs to do is chase down the enemy.

I agree with gconsternation as far as his last comment. Imagine Centaur comes barreling out of the woods at max MS. He stuns you and beats you down. Then you think you might be able to escape... wrong. He is so fing fast that, even though you notice his HP dropping you cant do anything about it because he his bashing the crap out of you and you cant get away.

Still, I don’t think that I would get this item for anyone other then Centaur, Naix, and Levi(removes negative buffs FTW).

is that 10 seconds for you to shut it off, or its okat to use it for just 1 second, but wait 10 seconds to use it again.?
if its the latter, of it being a reuse cooldown, this would be a very imba item...

Nice... This is one of those "kelen's" items... Lol, used for ganking & fleeing purposes only. Would love it, but i'm sure this would only be gotten late game, unless u have high HP, HP regen, or really need it for your ulti (or chasing) e.g. Lesrhac Nova. Not really useful in early game cause of collesion and towers... 7/10!

It's one click to switch it on, BUT you have to wait 10 seconds before you can turn it off. Say you do activate it, turn it on for 10 seconds and then turn it off, there's no cooldown after the 'turning it off'.

Which leads back to metalic ghost's comment - You have to turn it on for 10 seconds.

Perfect for heroes with high HP regen and if they have lifesteal, the 50 HP loss per second won't matter. 8/10

with 5 hearts you can have this running forever.
can 5 hearts be achieved in a normal game, probably not.

very expensive recipe, possible lessening required.

also i assume that the cooldown starts upon deactivation.

@ Ghost: Nah cooldown actually starts upon activation. Think of it as WindWalk, cooldown starts as soon as it's activated.

I'm well aware that two boots don't stack, however, for the purpose of being able to fulfil this recipe, IT DOES.

anyway i think a fast ms can be achieved in many other ways, such as boots of travel and sange-yasha. or eul for int heroes.

and i doubt anyone wants to have only max ms granted with 3500 gold. just team up with ishkafel and you'll have your max ms for 6 seconds... anytime you like.

and i don't see the usefulness of the recipe ("two" boots of speed? i know they will end up giving max speed, but i prefer not to spend 500 more money to buy another boot)

a 40Hp loss should be enough or even 35. 50 is too much... except for... HUSKAR... But for 10 sec... people will loss 500 hp.. means ermm if you have 1400hp, get a noob to low hp mean around used up 400 so left with 1000. Start to chase.. chase til him, off it around 500 left. If he is a spell nuker... eg. lion -> FInger of death, dagon. GG or stunner. Stun whack whack whack. =)

Oh ya btw... several hearts aint cheap =)

Goodness.! A 5K Pudge or Centaur charging at you full speed, all d time Late game.? is it pure 50 damage.? or is it magical in nature just like Pudge's rot.? where a vanguard and/or HOD can lessen the 50 damage.? if it can be reduced, Goodness Gravy.!?! imba! IMBA i say!

Actually this could be a pretty descent item.
Max speed for 10sec, for the cost of 500hp is a thing many tankers could benefit from, such as centaur or tidehunter with AOE stuns.
Allthough this would be a mid/late game item, i could actually seem a bid overpowered.
Maybe som silence while u have the movespeed could be nice.

very very very original. I'm kinda lost what to rate it as it could be very dangerous with STR but not advicable to get with agi or int which are the heroes who prolly need it more than otherz. I like to add that it could be a very uselful item, but very high cost and it must at least add +30 ms as a passive effect. I like it y don't people like it too? I'll give 8/10

we use pudge's rot to suicide right?
so now everybody can suicide with this
and no gold is lost upon suiciding too
its really great if you think of it in that way

If you can make some adjustments to this, maybe it could be better.

its an alright item. tho you should've reduced the hp drain by about 5 cuz it would be unfair for other heroes... great for high hp regen heroes who have high hp and needs chasing power like DK, slardar and the like. 8/10

If you get hood the 50 dmg per second will decrease with 30%. Think about a pudge, viper, magina with hood, this and there own passive spell reduction.

reduce the price man, lessen the boots, that way the price will be cheaper.

great item for barathum, combined with empowering haste (increase damage by 16% of movement speed)

@S_o_F barathrum will b tak with this cos he gets up to max movespeed with charge so u could charge sum1 without actuly using charge skill lol

Where the hell does the 50hp/sec loss come from??? It says that you lose 20hp/sec in the description, and take 30 PERCENT extra physical and spell damage (so you'd actually take 26 dmg per sec with the 30% increase on the 20 dmg.

The price is already pretty cheap as it is ;P. It's been reduced from 3500 to 2500. It's basically a level 1 shop item because it cost less than travel, but potentially grants more. 2500 isn't that expensive is it?



And also keep in mind that heroes take reduced damage from spells, so it's really not 20hp/s loss. It's about 15.

And if intel heroes get scepter late game then it's no problem for them to have this item, because they have heaps of health thanks to scepter.

hmmm....20 hp/sec loss sounds a bit low....i think 30 would be better....

also, change the recipe into:
boots of speed
boots of travel

.....i think it costs way too little otherwise for such an awesome effect and this way it will make it a bit more practical....since ppl usually go for BoT anyway

oh...and btw...THERE IS NO CHANGE LOG (u were telling "Wii" to read it)

personally i dont really like this item it's used for escaping purposes only,i'd say don't use this item for chasing since you gain extra damage from spells but what if you get ganked while chasing your dead

It all comes down to what situation you're in. If you don't chase him very far, then you should be fine. And plus, you're running at 522 movement speed, unless they can match that, you have a high chance of getting away.

I have to say that is a bit unbalanced.
+30 movement speed for two boots, there gives 50 each?

I give it 3/10. No one will buy this item.

With all changes made this item is still not more then 6/10. Sorry, but BoT, Treads and Dagger are more likeable imho.

Sorry to say but i found it stupid because if your constructing this item buying two boots is a waste of a slot than having one

you should put some boost if techies is using it as its sort of like techno..

this is strange - boots of speed dont stack and 2 boots of speed r sposed 2 give 100 ms if u add them up if not 50 but not 30 like u said

MEGA COOL ITEM but the HP loss is way to much this is good for the guys with much hp like morph,Centaur and Butch

If you get dismemberd or stunned or silenced while using this, you'll die faster? kinda like rot..
