	Discussion: Gives: +20 int +600 mana +20 dmg +3 all stats Passive: High Strike: Gives 3.0% of your base mana pool as damage.Orb effect Active: Smoke Weed: -Gives +25% damage on every nuke you cast -All nearby enemy unit's magic resistance are ignored. -All nearby enemy unit has 30% chance to miss on attacks -Slows the user's attack speed by 33% -all effect lasts 8 seconds, 45 second cooldown,150 mana cost. Framework: A joint appears in the user's mouth, releasing a smoke cloud in the aoe of the spell. The cloud travels with the user as it moves, and has an aoe of 250 Note: the damage bonus doesnt affect ultimates. Well,this is my first item idea, and i think its rather original. Its main aim is to help nukers not to fall behind as the game processes. The 25% damage, and the resistance being ignored basically makes a nuke 50% more effective. Just to demonstrate, a nuke from Zeus does 350 damage minus the reduction=278.5 damage. With this item,it would be 422.5 damage. Not bad, right? I would recommend this item for those who have lots of nukes/disables such as:

LOL great item but 600 mana is too much...make it 1 energy booster that adds 400 mana and increase the recipe scroll's cost so the total is 5000 or something like that. 10

hmm.. i dont know.. mb lower to cooldown.. make it 25 seconds.. and make the % of mana bigger... about 7% (7% of your base mp as dmg)

Maybe it could be balanced as Aghanim`s Scepter. I mean it can affect only some of the nukes not all and not all of the heroes nukes.

quite imba early on. you can easily get 6000 gold early to mid game. This will make the nukers almost godly
