	Discussion: Gives: +30 Strength +20 Movement Speed +5 HP Regeneration. Passive: Ghostquake Ghostquake: Every 750 Range traveled causes a 0.65 second stun in a 175 AOE. Does not interrupt any traveling spells cast by the user(blink, charge of darkness, illusionary orb.) Also, does not interrupt channeling spells cast by the user(epicenter.) May affect enemy traveling and channeling spells. Notes: Movement Speed of this object STACKS with other movement speed items. Good for heroes such as All these heroes are strength/tank heroes which chasing might be necessary.

Ehm.... no... Maybe if it was like ordinary boots not with mess. Riwarl with this bot yasha and eul's ? Y i know it would be a bit overkill but it's still like a stun every 1.2 secs. and fdont forget to metnion stun lasts 0.65 secs so it's like ur enemy gets only around 1/2 of the time to walk he usually has. OH GUESS WHAT IT INTERRUPTS CHANNELING SPELLS AND IT'S AOE. Nice joke.

reaver for a boots - i think - will destroy the art of dota.

if the movement speed was increased and non-stack then the item would lose popularity because people need boots pretty early. In 5v5 dota it is impossible to get a messerschmits reaver early on, which would force this into being a luxury item for any hero.

and they should not stack with other boots if you buff ms to +70 instead of +20
...

boots of speed give 50... so they lose effect... think it should be bout +60ms
