Rocket Boots Upgrade

my evaluation on the time: 2 seconds is very short, 3 seconds is still pretty short, 4 seconds is alright, 5 seconds is good but damn near impossible to get lol. Raise the chance and lower mana cost. 10% of anyone with 2000 mana is 200! For usually 2-3 seconds, it's not worth it. Better to save up like 300 more gold and just get BoT for a pretty good movespeed that is constant and not prone to screwing you over

Wait... there is a part I don't get. So without the active skill... what ms increase is it? Is it only +50?

if i'm right . .. dark seer's surge pwn the buffs on this item? and yea where's the good old +50 ms gone? 30 sec cooldown is kinda too long if you plan to make it into a chasing item, cause aftr your 2-5 sec of speed u go back to 25-28 sec of waiting for it to refresh. oh and why is weaver in the list of heroes that benefit from it? his shukuchi is better than this, it has max ms && deals damage too.

Nice, the game needs something that gives the burst speed of MOM without having to invest in lifesteal.

look I like the active skill of this item... but ur discussion is wrong and it needs the 50 ms too.. so 7/10

I think i got his point, well he removed the 50ms so you cant abuse of an extra slot with ms, and you need to purchase another additional boots.

10% mana cost with 75 minimum is rediculous - that means you MUST have 750 current mana to use the item. Just give a fixed mana cost for the ability and stop trying to be fancy.

I think he means if you don't have more than 750 mana at your disposal, it costs 75 mana to use.

But i do agree, you should just change it to one value instead of 10% of mana. What if Pugna wanted to use this item and he has a 2k mana pool? Wow that's as much mana as an ulti uses.

And one thing: does this item use 10% of your current mana or 10% of your total mana? I presume it's the latter.
