What i suggest you do ministerseven, is to go and look at other people's item ideas and note how they've set everything out. How they've structured their sentences (punctuation, spelling), how they've put down the specifics of the item and please elaborate on the "discussion" part. Include examples of how the item can be used, pros and cons of the item etc... I don't mind the idea, i think it just needs some more work.

Ok....I think I know why this crappy idea was accepted while much better ones weren't...
Notice the icon on every single item in dota. Notice a similarity to those of WoW? Yup, copied, resized, and pasted. So if you want to get your item idea accepted, change your crappy icon to one from the WoW site (like I just did), and it will probably get accepted...

This dragon is a curior that can carry 6 items. The dragon has 1-2 damage which slows the units attack speed by 10%. the dragon has unlimited mana and can use items in its inventory. if the dragon dies, it will respawn(depending on the level of the hero) with the items still in it. there is only one charge and no upgrades. it moves at max speed.
