	Price: 4457 gold Description: An extremely ancient flute that was blessed on the day of the birth of Cenarius, the demi-god. It is said that it once had a use to put the druids back into their slumber if they are awaken under misconcieved circumstances. Gives: +10 Intellect +10% Attack Speed +5 Damage +5 Armor On Use Effect: Sleep enemy players around you for 5 seconds. Small Area. Requires: Quarterstaff Ironwood Branch Staff of Wizardry Flute of the Druids Recipe Scroll

	Discussion: Great to be used when tactics go wrong. For heroes like: If you happen to be on VERY low HP and your spell that kills yourself, or spell to escape is on cooldown, then you can activate the flute to either escape, or wait until your cooldown is up again. Very good assist tool. If you see your friends getting harmed then blink to the opponent and use the flute for your friends to escape, it will also give you time to escape aswell. and the flute will cause a total of 13 second sleep. That 13 seconds can be used to zerg the enemy lane's tower, gaurentee your team a +200 Gold. Will be impossible for enemies to deny towers if you are attacking the tower yourself, just use flute when tower is near 300hp and then kill it quick. OVERALL: This item is basically for support, non-damaging heroes (the stats, armor, attack speed on the item make it a bit easier for the hero to farm). It can be used both defensively and offensively.

wow.... an item that gives naga siren's ulti.... that removes the unique-ness of naga's ulti and if imba as it can now be used on ANY hero.... wow.... millions of ways i can think of to exploit this....

u got slith ulti...the almost most useful ulti in the game...team gank,team s-cape,some skill combo(crixal,invo emp,gob techies,etc),roshan ks-sing tool,etc.
this item is er...useless other than the active skill becoz it doesn't add much stat for 4.5K++ $$ item

n i hope u add more detail about the skill(manacost,AoE range,cd)

Here is what you could do instead. Enemy heroes that are attacking you have a 15% chance to sleep for 2.5 seconds. Anti Permabash item.

Maybe put it to sleep whole map for 1.5 secs on 30 minute CD. that's fair

U just lost... 6 damage off the quarter staff and Ironwood branch. Give it more damage, AS, a little more INT, but maybe not as much armor and the stats are fine. As for the sleep skill, it's really imba. Kinda cheap for such a useful escape skill. Maybe make it single targeted and ur fine.

Duuude. Oh man where do i start? How about this: IMBA.

Fact is, the sleep just goes for too long. As for the specifics... well there are none. So could you please put those in? Ie. cooldown, how small the AOE is, mana cost even.

Jeez this needs a lot of refining.

the heroes you mentioned above can all suicide so the enemy doesn't get the kill, no use in getting a 4K item just to escape under those circumstances

better for int heroes with low hp

armor and dmg are random, remove those and increase the other stats

i think this item really cheats think about it your playing naga siren your pushing 1 lane then 5 hero tries to attack you.... you just use your ulti and keep pushing then use the flute after ward...this can also be use when starting a fight just use your ulti to position your allies and after ward use the flute for escaping...
but other than that great idea 8/10

Make it a lvl.2 item and remove the sleepy effect thingy..... DotA is getting more and more WoWish if u know what i mean.. otherwise i like the stats it gives, reminds me about oblivion Staff.
