	Price: 3089 gold Description: This branch was from the war of Zin-Azshari, it has now been corrupted by dark magic. 	Discussion: This item would be good for support heroes, mainly intelligence heroes. It gives all round bonuses to combat abilities which some support heroes lack. I would get this item for heroes that aren't very item dependant, like Jakiro or Omniknight because they are the ones that would most likely get mekansm or Basilius early on. The Branch is very good for mana regen which is not widely available early game except in a sobi mask or basilius and this item utilises both. I also created it because I was sad about Basilius (which is so useful for nearly everyone early game) not having an upgrade except for Vlad's which is only very useful for melee heroes, and most of the heroes who will use it early game are ranged and intelligence. The damage and attack speed will make it easier to last hit/deny and the stats increase survival ability. The curse was just a cool idea I thought would spice up the item. It's not the most OMG IMBA THAT JUST PWNED ME curse, but could be very useful to use on a dying hero during a gank or just to give you an edge in your lane. This item is very user friendly and gives nice bonuses for its moderate price. There's bound to be someone who will complain and say "that item is sooo shit i wouldn't pay all of that for something so shit". Well then that's your opinion, but when you think about items like vanguard, which is way less useful than this for an int hero, stays with some people until they finish the game (don't get me wrong, I love vanguard). In closing this is my first item idea i would love some positive feedback and ideas to make it better.

Looks ok, just increase the DPS of the active skill a little bit. 10 damage won't even tickle anyone late.

lets see the stats..

25 dmg and 10% attack speed
that sounds like quarter staff and a broad sword (1200 + 900 = 2100 already)

make the price higher.. maybe 3000 (yeah, same as dagon)

stats are very good, bordering on OP but as an item that can't upgrade into anything else as its fall down I would rather have pers.

How kewl! Now i can has 25dmg, Curse(that is half of deso armor reduction), 10%aspd, Brill and Devotion aura, stats intel and mana regen for 2300 gold instead of buying the boring DEMON EDGE for 2600 gold that gives 36 dmg.

Garrrh, Please Explain Why Its Imba, If It had around about a 1000 Gold Resipe And Added a Mana Cost to the Active. That Would Make The Item Sound Better, Thats All ive gotten from 15 posts, if y could explain why its totally imba it would help and i could correct it. =p Ty all

Holy moly, that's one huge aura radius. The other thing u might wanna fix is the -damage on the curse somewhat lower and i'd think about getting this item.

It's alright I guess. Medium stats, but a bit cheap. I don't have a problem with it however. 7/10

Lol I still think it's a good idea. I mean most int heroes dont get very good damage until a reasonable way into the game.

I believe that the damage on the curse was just meant to cancel most of the enemy's regen, and isn't intended to really do alot of damage.

I agree, it should be more expensive but--

This item is for early to mid game and isn't worth much later in the game. If it were more expensive then it would just delay better items..

I like the idea :) but the curse of the branch is a little too imba just make it a little more non imba :p and it'll be great !! The effects of the item on a hero aren't too imba I guess :) I'd give a 3/5

no you did not write too much in the discussion, explaining the item is always important

you should give a mana cost to the activated ability and you might want to increase the cooldown to 40 or 45 seconds otherwise a hero is cursed for more than a third of the game which is imba

like the stats for the activated ability, good job on those

auras are a little large, maybe decrease to 600 or 700

+ 25 dmg seems odd since it is more of a suport caster item and not a dps item

would almost suggest taking the quaterstaff out and adding in a buckler or something and then buffing the armor, might better support the +5 stats as well

I know I said the activated effect was good but I kinda now think that it cripples the target in too many ways and so maybe change the mana regen to - 50%
