well the items don't match up first of all. like taste my sweet revenge said, and the first thing i saw when i read this was, IMBA!!! 1000 mana and hp???? with plus that active seem to be pretty strong considering its a 200 sec cd. i would say youd need a different item build up, and much more expensive if u want it to have those stats, or u can weaken it and maybe add a preserverince in there to make it seem like the items add up.

mayb it dusnt do damage...its jst suposed to look cool or summing... or is it jst the same as sandking ulti??

Everything's already been said. You need to work on being able to come up with items that are balanced, not ridiculously overpowered items. AND by the looks of it, you're not even taking it seriously, what only a ":D" in the discussion section. You didn't even attempt to "discuss" the item.

Oh and try not to group things together like health and mp, or health regen and mana regen - doesn't really work when you do that.

Shockwave is like Nevermore's ulti, without the need to channel lol... and u can't give 10mana/sec, u can add 100% mana regen, or 75%, not 10mana/sec -_-

so basically this functions as:
2 soulboosters
2 perserverance
1 bracer
1 wraith band
1 null talisment
all in one slot with the same price as a skadi?
with this and a bloodstone you cant die

activated ability is just way to powerful to have on any item ever, yes it costs 800 mana and you can only use it every 200 seconds but it deals 1000 damage, image qop with this, that's 1900 aoe dmg, way to powerful

first, the hp and mp is gives are fine, lots yes but it is made of 2 soul boosters so that's okay

the mana regen and hp regen are way to powerful though

even if you toned it down to 50% mana regen and 5hp/sec it would still be an imba item

where did + 30 to all stats come from, this adds another 390 hp and 570 mp, the bonus stats should be taken out completely, random and way overpowered

nice flavor and creative

what I recommend: nerf the wrath, nerf mana and hp regen, take out stat boosts

It has Orchid/ Heart/ Ultimate orb/ Aghims Scpeter but a better version of all of them for a price of one.

After that it does 999 damage which is ridiculous. + The most fucked up thing is it only costs 7000 Gold.
