OK lets start with the with its defensive capabilities hmmm...way to imba!
also the active would seem much better if it would reflect physical damage its just to imba the way it is now.although don't get me wrong youve got a decent idea there just needs a bit of tweaking.

I'm a bit scared of the armor on templar assisin... -8 (meld) -7 (said item) -5 (Second Currais) -6 (deso)

That totals up to be -26 armor! Armor reduction of -25% or something like that. Double meld + Refreact = 650 dmg alone. YIKES!

Once again, adding two defensive items together is boring.
The fact that you have also made it a) way too big, and b) way too cheap, DOES NOT HELP.

Too imba and there's one way to fix this idea and that is to lower the bonuses. Increasing the price wouldn't help because then people just would bother to get the item anyway.

if you got this item on slardar it would be SO over powerd every one would do it, and ice frog would nerf slardar. cause all you get with slardar is stygian deso. and assault cuirass. then its G_G
