This is a good guide. Although I think I'll max out Gravekeeper's Cloak first before getting any stat points. As for your item build, I would have to disagree on using Mekansm. You really don't need to heal your Revenants as much, since they already die easily and they only cost 50 mana each. So if you need extra Revenants, just go to creep camps and make some. I would also suggest Desolator for him. It just got an upgrade, and the armor reduction helps your Revenants deal more damage to your target enemy. You + 7 Revenants + Desolator = dead enemy.

Then you can replace Mekansm w/the alternative items, but my new build, instead of getting mekansm, I get the Maelstrom and i'd get eaglehorn in the mid-late game for the new item, Mjolnir. The item's really nice for farming and decent item for killing. I'll update this one soon.

Oh ok, but he's not an AGI hero, so why Maelstrom/Mjollnir? Don't you think the +35 to Agility would be wasted?

No, then I'll give him hyperstone and mkb/buriza, no prob. And replace the bottle w/Vanguard or Tarrasque if possible.

Ok this is very nice! You can also make Visage a very good summoning/support hero. Just Ring of Basilus (maybe Vladimirs later if you have alot of meele friends) Mekansm and Necronomicon. It can be quite hard to handle all the summons but once you get it down its really good

I'm personally a fan of Necro'lic, but something bothers me in your item alternatives. You forgot to place the Stygian Desolator in it.

the item build is great...but..usually i go for SKADI than the empty bottle because usually game modes are -apnp / -arnp thats why runes arent that famous anymore >.<
try swapping skadi for emptybottle / meka meka suks for visage great strat anyways ^_^

This Strat is mainly for adept players, usually. I don't know if n00b-z can own with Visage.

that is three orb effects, are you out of your mind? Anyhow most of you got it all wrong, Visage is a damage hero. No need to waste gold on mech or even a dagon. The reason dagon is not good is it will take just enough time to cast it and waste one of your strikes while he is grave chill. Load up on the damage. However using visage to farm is a good idea, but I use the revs for a whole other purpose. There are over 11 spots on the map where you can place a rev and put them in "hold" position. I know you can't summon 11 of them, but you definetly can use them to maphack. This is great to prevent ganks, and to gank your opponents while they are farming, or even when they go for Roshan.

thats 2 orb effects i said before that you must choose from Skadi or S&Y any of the two. Soul Assumption is for nuking early game i prefer Item Orb Effects because late game you have aready DPS items that will boost you're damage and you need you're minions to push and you're ryt about the mekansm

well, I really like using hyperstone/battle cuirass with Visage, definitely more than dagon especially that late in the game. So, I like your guide a lot, but perhaps reconsider dagon; Visage owns enough without it.

i dont think that refresher orb is very useful there is nothing that you need to refresh they all have low cooldowns.

Attention readers!! This build is for old-school peeps (it means empty bottle is an option), so y'all have to consider replacing aegis with assault, bottle w/skadi or desolator, thanks! I don't have time to update this, sorry

the only thing i have a problem with is that u get dagon in the late game when its about worthless, you should get that fast so it has its maximum potental then get gooinsoos and then finish upgrading dagon

Desolator is fine for him but take care of the orb effect too;

+allies =fast kill!!!

I personally recommend allies like Harbringer,Lesale,Viper,Raven,Slithereen
