Hello, This is my first DOTA Strategy, so I figured I would write one for my favorite, although not best, hero. Rhasta is great, he has the flexibility to be a solo hero or a team player. Although he is much better in a team. Rhasta's forked lightning and wards make him a superb farmer, and his shackles and voodoo help against enemy hero's. Rhasta's biggest weaknesses are his low hp. Also, he must stand still while channelling shackles, this makes him vunerable against groups of enemy heros. Often the Rhasta is the first person the enemy will target simply because serpent wards (or a lack of serpent wards) can ruin, or cement, a push.

	Rhasta - The Shadow Shaman Range: 550 \| Move Speed: 285 Primary: INT Str: 16 + 1.6 \| Agi: 16 + 1.6 \| Int: 21 + 3 Damage: 42 – 49 \| HP: 454 \| Mana: 273 HP Regen: 0.73 \| Mana Regen: 0.85 Attack Speed: 1.43 \| Armor: 1
	Ether Shock (R) Calls forth a cone of lightning, hitting multiple enemy units for damage. Level 1 - 75 damage to 3 targets. Level 2 - 150 damage to 4 targets. Level 3 - 225 damage to 5 targets. Level 4 - 300 damage to 7 targets. Mana Cost: 95/ 105/ 135/ 160 Cooldown: 10 Comment: Hi, I'm for farming gold and killing enemy hero's.
	Voodoo (D) Transforms an enemy unit into a random critter, disabling special abilities. Level 1 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 1.25 seconds. Level 2 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 2 seconds. Level 3 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 2.75 seconds. Level 4 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 3.5 seconds. • Instantly destroys illusions. • Casting range: 500 Mana Cost: 110/140/170/200 Cooldown: 13 Comment: Hi, I am Rhasta's best defense against a well-timed gank.
	Hero Shackles (E) Magically binds a target enemy, so that it cannot move or attack and deals 40 damage per second. Channeling spell. Level 1 - Lasts 2.5 seconds. Level 2 - Lasts 3.25 seconds. Level 3 - Lasts 4 seconds. Level 4 - Lasts 4.75 seconds. Mana Cost: 110/ 130/ 155/ 185 Cooldown: 15 Comment: Hi, I hold enemy's in position while my teammates destroy him.
	Mass Serpent Ward (W) Summons 8 immobile serpentine wards to attack enemies. The wards last 30 seconds, deal piercing damage and are immune to magic. With Scepter Rhasta can summon 12 wards. Level 1 - Deals 43 max damage. Level 2 - Deals 58 max damage. Level 3 - Deals 73 max damage. Mana Cost: 200/ 350/ 610 Cooldown: 110 Comment: Hi, I am a sweet ultimate. I own towers and enemy heros, but don't use me on a tower unless you have creeps attacking it already. For some reason the tower takes out the wards first anyway, but the creeps will continue their bashing unmolested.

i tried out some item list for rhasta and i think double hex for rhasta is good

can kill an enemy hero easily and can help you escape from death

i think should buy a shiva guard for armor....

Euls Scepter of Divinity is gotten early game because it makes up for rhasta's slow MS and fixes all the primary mana issues.

the Cyclone is a replacement for hex, and sometimes it even works better than hex in some circumstances, just Remember to place the wards a little behind the target when he falls down.

well, sceptre first is the best, gives you so much hp/mana. the Eul's is pointless really if your skilled enough when you hex them u can still trap them, takes practice but i only mess it up 1 in 5 times i would say. Refresher rapes your mana, serpants at level 16 are 600 mana so, 375 for refresh and 1200 for serpants = o crap. no mana for disables which i would prefer, only get refresh if you have 3k+ mana at late game. Get hex staff again, 2 hex and shackles = gg

mishi is a nooobbb you definitely do not need euls for rhasta,

all you need to do is uyse wards around the hero... its not very hard.

also if you have euls, yuo give time for the opponents teammates to come and save his ass.

and dont diss ppl about their english noob

The robe first is definitely a mistake. If you get 3 mantles, it is +9 int for the same price. Other than that, it looks like a -em pusher rhasta build.

Looks really item heavy but nonetheless worked well with me although never got to refresher, allies did well with me so it ended early. Helpful indeed

Hi, im the worst guide to rhasta in the world. no euls? no explanation on how to use combos just PLAY AND HOPE TO LIVE PUDGE. and ur crappy sections are like 2 lines each. gonna make a guide for necrolyte hope u guys enjoy it ^_^

meh pudge doesnt need nerfing its the noobs that don't watch out for him during games that QQ...just get observer wards and it'll be easy to play normally and also feed off pudge late game while u quietly farm in peace while pudge doesnt get any kills

speaking of pudge.....
when u shackle if he hooks the shackles will stay! and they get super long
its an awesome combo
like shackle then have pudge hook over ledge into all ur buddies
or early game...
shackle then hook into tower's range if possible
