This guide is the "Guide of the Month" winner for July 2008. Strong yet soft, powerful yet vulnerable, that is Nevermore - The Shadow Fiend. Although most players who use him are already experienced on DotA, beginners who like challenges are encouraged to step up and use this difficult character. Err, not really that difficult but you'll know if you try and for sure you'll have fun playing him. Well, you're playing a game called DotA and you're supposed to be having fun. This is my first guide in DotA Strategy. There are many interesting stuff about Nevermore that hopefully my guide will help you to know the most of him. Enjoy!

696 By lunarblitzs 2009-12-06

A nice nevermore guide. But i think it is wise to use diffusal blade rather than desolator b'coz it gives u momentum to hit more and time your shadowraze well.

694 By B3y0nd_Un1qu3 2009-12-05

not really the best build for sf i seen so far n u forgotten to mention bkb. n travel is a must since he is a pusher n can chase heroes. n blink is a way better item then lothar since its a cheaper item n it allows u to engage in a battle immediately but it got a problem that it will disable u to use it within 3sec if u r being hit by the enemy but u got use the fog to fog ur enemy n blink away if u ur 3 sec is up

@ pogita568
why MKB after manta and skadi? MKB's bash don't work to illusions. i suggest butterfly. your illusions will have more agility and they will inherit the passive skill evasion. ^_^

@ Veno-Isak
nevermore don't lose any soul whenever he make a Requiem of Soul. so the answer to your question is: yes, you still have all of it.

the only way nevermore lose the souls he collected in necromastery is by death. whenever he dies, he lose half of them. please check that part in my guide again.
