it's a very good strat though

btw, i meant the strat with casting epicenter then blinking in towards a target after being casted (2 seconds)

may i remind you though, that satanic's lifesteal won't stack with caustic finale. it will be rendered useless. if you want additional strength and damage, better get a tarrasque instead.

yeah, ninong's right about the satanic.. you forgot something very crucial to sandking.. BLACK KING BAR.. even with powe treads, couple of bracers, dagger of escape, BKB, and battle fury, you can be unstoppable..

IMO, I would change the Dagger to a HoT/AoI/Rapier than doing that tele-epi combo.

It is good strategy

Hey baybe you forgot about the cranium basher ! and a buriza too. that would be very painful! if basher takes effect then you can hit 3-4 times basing on your attack speed and a chance to hit a critical strike! ouch!

Oh before i forgot! using dagger is a great idea of yours . let say you were chasing a foe, then automatically cast dagger + borrowstrike + hit,hit,hit + ultimate skill.

1) You need BKB. Serious. During your 2 sec Epicenter casting time you can get stunned, silenced, cycloned, polymorphed etc etc. Get it after boots and perserverance. Dagger can wait and is optional.

2) With caustic finale, I dont think there is a need for Battle fury to farm. For an additional 800g after you got perserverence get Linken Sphere instead. It helps if you are slower in activating bkb than your enemy in disabling you during that 2 seconds. The better regens help too.

3) Skill wise, I prefer to put a point in sand storm from lv 1-5. It's very good for hiding/escaping while low life early game. But tough luck if you meet carrion swarm or scattershot over the sand storm area.

4) I get Sange & Yasha for SandKing. Attack and move faster. Maim is cool. Or you can get Satanic in addition to SnY... no more maim orb effect, but you still move faster.

5) Sand King words best with other AOE heroes. Eg. Treant Protector.

Black king bar is much better than that kelen dagger of escape or maybe guinsoo i think for 1on1 eul's scepter before epicenter then mekanism and BKB much better i think

kelens is good when dealing with many heroes but i think buying linkin sphere will improve you stratedgy

Using dagger is a great idea.. i often use this one (with tons of practice with Rhasta) instead of buying a eul's - serpent ward combination. tele-serpent combi is the one i prefer now.. nice strat!

hmmm... nice strategy but i agree to them using linken sphere and/or improving the def/atk of SK is the best.. i also prefer getting the sand storm first, with the right placed of intersection of your creeps and the enemy's, you can farm faster, level up faster and can push faster.. tahts all

opponent's life left 3/4 use burrowstrike n cast epicenter right away during stun time, a sure kill method,provided u use shortcut keys n ur opponent is too slow 2 run awayXP
BKB is a mus,works well wif MKB during late game

I wuold prefer black king bar. So you could use avatar burrow strike and cast an epicentar. Because you have avatar they cant use stunning skils on you. But using kelen is good too but your epicenter will take lesser damege because of the delay. and you could use power thraed insted of travel for higher attackspeed.

just make linken or lothar to cast an invinsible epicenter then heart of tarasque so you can regeneratee when you cast sandstrom.this my build for killer sand king

foolishmortal2006: I don't see how you can hit a hero 3 times THEN channel epi. Nobody will stone there while you channel. IMO, once a hero has started escaping, you can only hope to land your ulti by channeling it immediately after a Burrowstrike. Also, don't spam both Blink and Burrowstrike unless he's really out of range. But otherwise, with the correct order of actions, that method pretty much ensures a kill.

Zzz.. I disagree with azirk... Even though u activated lothar,when u cast a spell,u will b seen... And just like omqlol said,no one will stand there let u channel epi... And when u r usin sandstorm to regen,if ur oponent has a hero tat does area skill,such as tidehunter,then prepare to say bye bye... Tidehunter could just walk into ur sandstorm area,then cast its ulti... Zzzz... Then u r gone...

rapier????..yah it's sure thet u will become strong with it...but u will bwcome also the main target of the enimies..they will try anything just to get a grab on your rapier...it would make it for your team to win...

I dont think u need boots at start, go gauntlets/circlet/bracer/flask instead. This will assist early farming so u can afford boots and ring of basi earlier. Otherwise, very good strat.

Ive tried radiance cool, you dont need to cast epi hahahah hmm sk dont need cranium and buriza it will take a lot of money jst get radiance bkb treads HoT then mp boosting items

Custic Finale is one of the best farming skills in this game, so you dont need to burn money with Battle Fury.
Plus, I dont know which version you're playing, but in 6.43b Caustic Finale does not stack with Cleaving Attack or Life Steal Orbs.

uhm for combos i do like this epi then blink then expect them to run so borrowstrike them then the epi goes after that theyll run especially when your in avatar(BKB) then after the epi you can borrowstrike again assuming that theyre still alive i think after epi then borrowstrike i think the epi wont be broken am i right? if not sorry you can just epi then blink then borrowstrike hehe

lately with this hero i've been blinking in with the burrowstrike stun so i land right next to the hero and immediately throw hi into the eul's tornado and cast sk's ultimate which goes off about the same time he lands. my question is, if i did that in the middle of a huge creep mob and my ult kills all of those creeps, does the equate to caustic finale damage from each creep to the hero i'm fighting as well? that's pretty nutz if it works that way. anyway, fun hero to play :]

i wouldnt go satanic. i'd replace with cuirass for armor. and i would get bkb as well, for his epicentre is a channeling spell. a small small stun can cancel it and really u would get annoyed when this happens
