Tiny Trouble

(1) if you got hyperstone, why go for hand of midas? tiny has a slow ms.. so may i suggest that you purchase boots of travel instead.. (2) there is not enough attack damage booster.. i go for battle fury for farming.. (3) as for the skills, i would go for maxing out toss and CE first istead of avalanche.. toss is a great skill for damaging towers if used correctly.. and toss' damage is dependent on how big he get.. great effort though on this strategy..

well, im not the expert, but i think the more attack speed he gains, the better, and every little bit counts, but you boots idea has some merit. battle fury is good but its way too costly. im talking 1610 vs. 4875! thats like triple! if you prefer battle fury, which isnt going to come cheap, then i think you should buy hand of midas, and then farm enough to buy battle fury, and then sell hand of midas. let me try it out, and if its good then i'll try updating my strat.

yeah, i know avalanche can easily destroy heroes.. btw, did you know that avalanche have i a slong ranged stun? try casting it way beyond and see what happens.. and toss' damage is dependent on how big tiny grows.. so, i think your skill build is fine.. we have our own style of playing games..

like what you just mentioned, tiny has little or no armor. even though you have a great amount of HP, you can't just tank towers without any armor. you'll die faster than a 1k HP agi hero. also, toss and avalance is a very good farming tool, you can clean up entire creep waves in a large AoE in 1 combo. with that build, you won't be able to use toss and avalanche as you will not have the mana to do so.

im also a noob but can i use MASK OF MADNESS it makes your attack fast but i will lose life but theirs a life steal


i suggest to you also use BATTLE FURY and your skill should be avalanche and toss for creepings all the creeps is your if not thiers a battle fury and whipe them all

avalanche's stun is my one and only weapon against a fleeing hero, and check this out: if you follow my update, then radiance can get them down by 40 hp a second. by the time they decide to flee and actually get round to doing it, thier health wont really enable them to survive an avalanche. if they do, then the stun will last long enough to let you get near enough for the final blow. if not, just get them close enought to let radiance do the damage!

I like the strat! Cool!! I do have a suggestion.. i try not to make Tuny grow first.. i do have a atrategy when we play team battle. have tiny toss your enemy towards your allies. and poof! GANGBANG! anyways thanks for this strat it helped a lot..

Another thing.. if you're going to use avalanche to enemy creeps, see to it you'll kill one of them.. press alt all the times and when you see enemy creeps in yellow life the use avalanche. sure money!

well, the main reason that this strat contrains no mention of boots is the fact that if you follow it properly, or do it better than i've written here, you wont need to escape from a hero,
tnys attack damage, along with the sped you creat here, will create suck circumstances that unless he's a good 3 or 4 levels more than you are you can just stun him quick and start attacking him. by the time he comes out of the stun ,he'll be quite damaged, and will probably run away to his base, in my experience. if you're dealing with ruthless aggression, then you may want to buy boots and upgrade them to power treads, or boots of travel ifyou have the gold.

and btw, johnquest, i understood it the first time, and nidoking had already pointed that one out b4, in the very first comment. read it next time.

ive seen the other build of tiny, where he grows very very late, but that only works if your game is going to last for atleast 90-120 mins, which mine never do! in thaqt perspective, the build for tinys items, and his skills woulod be ottally different, and that i different way of playing tiny. once tiny has groww and a hyperstone, he levels up fast, and farms faster!

hiya.. great strat but would never leave out boots (due to teams who kill from ganking only...anoying)...going completely off the subject, can anyone tell me if it is possible for tiny to toss an allied vengefull spirit into trees and hav her swap an enemy into the trees leaving them trapped for the remainder of the game( i have done it using anti-mage's blink and it is hilarious but just wondering about tiny.

u know that once a friend of mine using spectre he use spectral dagger and romed around trees then it were off and he got trapped and cant get out.

Then he could've escaped the trees with the dagger.

im not vey sure what you meant there, but i'll take it as a compliment, so thnx a lot! @bernis22, craggy is indispensable if you're up against melee heroes. its like bash, but 10 times beter, coz ou can stun all the people who attack you, not just the one that you are attacking. but not saying ur wrong, coz agaisnt ranged heroes, toss is better. Anyways, ive also found that you can toss people to the other side of a cliff! like, when you're low on HP, and a guy tries to attack you in the woods, you can toss him across into the river, or over a nearby cliff. plus, i also tossed this guy over the cliff and into my base once! towers made mince meat of him!

i prefer..toss and avalanche to be the first skills to boost up....plus two nulls in the early game...i think...you can execute...two avalanche toss combo...if you've just reached level 6...although you will sacrifice your MS...you can also use a blink dagger...i learned this from a friend...avalanche-toss-add skill to ultimate to refresh avalanche toss- avalnche and toss...ends up getting a double kill...he only gets the growth skill if he is attempting the combo...or if he reached 10 and 11...

i forgot...when my friend does the combo...he tosses the target hero...the one you casted avalanche to meaning...when he use the avalanche he is a bit near to the opponent hero and he will move closer so that hero is the one that would get tossed...he tosses the enemy just front of him...for another avalanche...this is very effective when backstabbing...

vanguard and mekansm are not efficient armor. aegis is good option

and @zex, good point, but more often than more armour, i find the regen, the stats and the 250 AOE instant heal of mekansm more useful than aegis, which i dont think is worth spnding that much.
one more thing, if you are farming buckets, which you probably are, then you can try to buy burize after the whole item build is done. the criticals will be well over 500 damage.

i dont like it. you say that enemies will run away from tiny after u use avalance and hit them a few times thats wrong. also toss is a awesome skill not only doing damage but if they are starting to run away u can just toss them back at you. i dont like this strat there are better ways to build tiny.

we al have our own ways, gman299, and also, it depends on the kind of opposition ur facing. if they don't run away, then maybe this build isnt for facing them. peace! if i were u, then i'd find some better way to put that!

I've seen one user of tiny whose build is an int type build... Int type because he has Guinsoo's and mekansm...And OMG, his tiny owned... Guinsoo the enemy, then avalance toss, your dead... Heart of tarrasque must never be forgotten when it comes to tiny... Also, Sange and Yasha is good, for movement speed, and hyperstone for attack...

Tiny is a real fun, but real good character when used well, personally craggy exterior and toss are best first, toss can be used for early attack on towers, depending on game numbers and craggy exterior can is very helpful to farm for creeps and level up early in the game.
Particulary, just max out craggy exterior as soon as possible as it is very helpful against creeps.
And really everyone just has their own style for playing.

Honestly best item build I can recommend for STR, just go ring of health then sobi mask, headress, then ring bass, get powertreads after that go straight perv 3 times with ring of health first. then after that replace them one by one with heart. I guarantee a good time. ohh yeah of course after most items are completed get upgrade the headress to mek, then replace ring bass with anything you feel like.

allenaames, if you dont buff tinys attack speed, hes just plain not good enough. but i liked your STR hero build, if used on other heroes.

Not bad. You need boots of travel,since Tiny has the worst movement speed in the game, he will be easily overrun when fleeing.

Try maxing avalanche first and having atleast a toss so at level 8 you can farm like crazy and you wouldn't be needing hand of midas. Avalanche + toss alone can wipe out a whole creep wave. It will help you farm and push at the same time. Having a hand of midas will just be a waste of mana. And you can use the Avalanche + Toss combo with your allies to gang up a hero. Try using tiny with jakiro. Avalanche > Icepath > Toss > Macropyre > Dual Breath ... But it usually ends at toss but if there are more than one hero Macropyre and dual breath will kill them..

Good strategy bro....although toss gets beta wif each grow, ull become slower . weneva i play i normally like 2 keep him small cos he's faster that way but iono if it works 4 u's out there. i dont grow until the last 3 lvls or sometimes not even at all.

ur guide makes tiny screwed if he is attacked my a ranger or mage. powertreads and aegis would be very good for tiny. manta style could be used as an escape/harassing item and mask of madness frenzy would help loads in the beginnin as it grants lifesteal and haste.

im not sure if this has been said above but i believe that a satanic could be useful after hyperstone because if str boost and since he does so much damage it would be a very nice steal a few creeps and back to full bottle would help but i think some stat boosts could help early like a bracer and some branches because of high cost of bottle... you only start out with like 500 at fountain and if you wait for bottle you cant get out creeping fast... just my opinion good guide btw i like your build.. kk cheers

hehe i'm kinda a newb myself but felt like leaving some feedback for a nice guide you made here. i believe toss to be an amazing skill even in early game strat. particularly i get a lot of hero kills cause of good tossing skills. the best advantage toss has is its range (kinda like snipes ult but snipes is a million times better) in early game. most opponents don't expect it to come and have a random unit attacking it (if allie or allied units is thrown). usually i go for an int/mana item build in beggining cause my strat is to harrass with avalanche as much as possible and you use toss to totatlly surprise them. even if toss doesn't surprise them, they will try to keep their distance due to that giving them a lack of exp. of course this may not be the best idea for early game, but i just found i got many early hero kills and a good amount of early bloods doing that.

i get euls and LVL1 dagon for tiny. it helps for attacking enemies. null talisman for early game. but anyway its my build im just sharing. try it out its easier to kill.

Vanguard is always good for him and arcane ring is amazing for him always hav enuf mana for avalanche and i disagree completely with putting off toss u can chuck a unit who cares if its ur own u could get a deny 4 doing this u toss it dealing damage and stunning it avalance has a long cool down so u need something to get u tht kill.

.......1) If you just figured out where leragas the vile is, you are still a noob... though i am still noob I found leragas long before you did. ........2) there are 2 leragas the vile, and they are pretty much the same distance from any place. ........3) hand of midas is useless with the hyperstone...... 4) yes... toss and CE is better than avalanche in the beginning... if you stun them in the beginning, you have got no more mana to do it again, and you can't kill them easily... 5) Noob's that dun kno what they are talking about should not make guides...

wat heroes are best to use against this hero?

in the hyperstone descrip. by getting 2 or 3 beore next item, do you mean literally getting 2 or 3 of them? I thought they didn't stack

when i use tiny i go for power treads, bracer, satanic, aegis, and 2 hyperstones. since u already have attack and lots of hp u still need armor from satanic for 5 armor and aegis for 10 and he has lifesteal. this makes him a very good tanker

Honestly, this is the best guide for Tiny ever! I just pwned the frozen throne solo to teh maxxorz! i had a 11 and 2 record niggers!

eh i dun really quite agree that u shud buy the hand of midas u shud replace it with bot or power treads and lolz y buy the empty bottle useless in late game and u really wan pawn all 5 heros at once juz buy 3 hearts 2 hyperstone and one bot or power treads and get to lvl 25 u get TRIPLE KILL!

i really dont like this guide, i like to get avlnch,crggy xtr,avlcnh,toss,max out toss and avlnch u will own early game, and the items u have chosen, i dont think are so well either, u need to get a little bit of mana in the beginning....imo

hi vipul, i see you've put some effort in this guide, but i wanted to poitn something out. It seems like R.o.B is the only mana supporting item you have. .65 mana regen per sec is not gonna support your avalanchce and your toss. i recommend getting arcane ring, its more expensive but its worth it. it also has Ring of protection so it gives the armor benefit of R.o.B.

Is getting Craggy Exterior with Avalanche your only skill build? Is it possible to opt for it later and get Toss (which i usually do) to maximize your killing and nuking potential with avalanche if melee heroes don't dominate your enemy roster? or do you get Craggy Exteriour no matter what.

guide author got H.o.M, offsets almost two levels of grow, and the hyperstones offset grow reduced attack pseed completely so..

u shouldve got lvl 1 Toss at least. if an enemies on low hp and u cant catch em, toss an ally, not creep at them.

You say not to get toss... i dont agree with this at all... you are soloing an oponent toss is an amazing tool. first you avalanche and while they are stunned, toss them.. if you have a creep running with u, it will toss them and do 300 dmg to the oponent. also, toss is very good for farming. stun, then toss. creeps will be pretty dead and u will take minimal damage.

Your Items is very bad for tiny .Tiny is stronge hero.but you think that he is intelegence.This item is Very FUNNY.

The best item for tiny is Assault Cuirass.tiny need attack speed and armor.

i always get toss and avalanch first, and dont grow til lvl 11.

using avalanche and toss together hoping to toss the enemy hero is a bonus and kills in a lot of instances

Hand of Middas totally useless on Tiny, better get a hyperstone for additional 25 % speed and 150 more gold, rather than the stupid transmute with a huge cooldown...Also Toss should be leveled up early as it can aoe kill HORDES of creeps and reach a fleeing enemy ( by tossing a ally at him for example )

Tiny should have maximum possible movespeed, so i suggest getting him BoT, and if possible, S&Y, Also Cranium Basher Would be Useful A LOT

Not much effort in the guide, and both the skill build and item build are wrong.
Max out avalanche and toss first, and dont get grow until lv 10, 'cause then you can get two stages of grow on 2 lvl up's.
arcane ring is very good since it helps a lot when it comes to farming.
treads is necessary too.
and the hyperstone should be upgraded to Assault Cuirass, considering he needs the armor provided
And dont get hand of midas.
avalanche and toss takes care of the whole creepwave.

I also get Arcane ring early game then sell it when im getting my Divine Rapier (Raper)

HEy you know what.. i guess you can upgrade your hyper stone to assault kiras!!! i think it will help tiny tank enemies easier than using many hyperstones!!!! one more thing i think it would be better to use BUTTERFLY because it can also increasee tiny's armour which is the one tiny lack!!!!!!!!
