Voodoo (D)
Transforms an enemy unit into a random critter, disabling special abilities.
Level 1 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 1.25 seconds.
Level 2 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 2 seconds.
Level 3 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 2.75 seconds. Level 4 - Turns enemy into critter, lasts 3.5 seconds. • Instantly destroys illusions. • Casting range: 500
Mana Cost: 110/140/170/200
Cooldown: 13
Comment: This is what makes Lion a great disabler. 4 seconds of pain, you and your teammates can do a lot of things in 4 seconds. But look at that mana cost! It is very high even for Lion early game, so don’t use it at levels 1 and 2 unless you absolutely have to. The only problem I have with hex is that it is so hard to click on a critter… but oh well a great skill nonetheless.

Impale (Lion) (E)
The Demon Witch releases his demonic magics into the ground in order to thrust solidified rock spikes along a straight path. This sends all his enemies into the air, only to take damage on their painful impact with the ground.
Level 1 - 60 damage, lasts 0.5 second.
Level 2 - 130 damage, lasts 1 second.
Level 3 - 200 damage, lasts 1.5 seconds. Level 4 - 260 damage, lasts 2 seconds. • Damage type: magical • Hit units will fly for 0.52 seconds before the real stun is applied. • Distance traveled is 700. • Casting range: 500 • Area of Effect: 150
Mana Cost: 100/120/145/170
Cooldown: 12
Comment: As unoriginal this spell is, you will be using this a lot in the game. This is your stun, and it can affect multiple enemies if aimed right. Late game you will have enough mana to spam this on creeps. This can be useful in team battles as well. With two disables at your disposal, expect your teammates to depend on you a lot in team battles. One more thing, I recommend clicking on the hero instead of the ground while aiming this, it gives you more accuracy. Thing is, if you aim it on the hero and he has Linkens, Linkens will block it. But if you aim it on the ground, Linkens will not block it. But to lag and other matters, refrain yourself from aiming at the ground unless that hero has Linkens. |

Mana Drain (R)
Absorbs the magical energies of a target enemy unit by taking mana from it every second.
Level 1 - 20 mana drained per second, lasts 4 seconds.
Level 2 - 40 mana drained per second, lasts 4 seconds.
Level 3 - 60 mana drained per second, lasts 4 seconds. Level 4 - 100 mana drained per second, lasts 4 seconds. • Illusions which are being Mana Drained will be destroyed after 1 second. • Can continue to drain as long as the target is within 800 range from Lion. • Casting range: 600/650/700/750
Mana Cost: 10
Cooldown: 25/20/15/10
Comment: No, no, no. Don’t ever get this skill. It steals very little mana, and what bugs me the most is that it is a channeling spell. It is not worth learning, it does not harass as effectively as NA’s mana burn. If you use it on the ranged creep, the melee creeps will leave you vulnerable. Bottom line, don’t ever get this skill, mana regen items are better. Besides, it will just delay hex and stats, which are far more useful than Mana Drain. |

Finger of Death (F)
Instantly rips at a target, attempting to turn it inside-out. Deals massive damage.
Level 1 - Deals 500 damage, 600 damage with Aghanim's Scepter.
Level 2 - Deals 650 damage, 800 damage with Aghanim's Scepter.
Level 3 - Deals 850 damage, 1025 damage with Aghanim's Scepter. • Damage type: magical • Casting range: 700
Mana Cost: 200/420/650(625)
Cooldown: 150/90/55(50)
Comment: This skill is often used as a finisher. I’ve already put the actual damage to the hero above. The damage will even be lower if they have Aegis and especially on Anti-Mage. Be sure to estimate the hp of the hero before using this skill. Late game it will not be that effective anymore so start hunting at level 6 because this skill is best used at early to mid game. One more thing, don’t ever used this to kill steal unless your teammates says so. It pisses them off, you know. |
