Nooooo! Death coil is not useless!!! It ca heal, it can damage, and it helps destroy your aphotic shield (for the damage).
I'd add an MKB for damage..

This hero have a low move speed, so instad power treads, i recommend go first for Boots of travel and hand of midas, after that, go for SyY, if u have problems farming, go for a void stone and a ring of basilus, and begin using a lot of shield in lvl 3

Low movespeed? No! He has 390 movespeed with S&Y and Power Treads. Add the bonus movespeed from frostmourne (if you attack a marked unit) then you have almost 420+ movespeed.

prefer travel w/ abadon rather than threads since better movespeed +S&Y 420 + mark 446 i think but if you compare prices threads is more affordable its your choice really dont have to stress on picking since you can improvise on another way on escaping while on burrowed since youll get ganked anyway while on burrowed of time

then all your enimies will quit or leave

1.-get the chicken and youll never go to teh fountain. 2.-boots at the beginning arent really useful. 3.-if you get stats fast you wont need borrowed time to survive. 4.- use aphotic shield near youre tower, fight youre enemy when it explodes, the cooldown will be ready to use aphotic again and chaise. 5.- read my strat

vanguard two bashers radiance treads and MoM = Godlike. No need for hyperstone.. u have MoM for the attack speeed... same goes for boT...

Death Coil is one of the best skills, use it in combo 4 aphotic shield. No need 4 battle fur, radiance is better, then add hyperstone.

hmm.. nice strat. Try to make battle fury first. That makes you easy-money to farm w/ ur Aphotic Shield. Also you have an hp regen and mana and extra damage.

death coil should be add in mid-game...as it can serve as the last attack to enemy hero

I think death coil is a usefull skill as well combines well with the shield and can heal your allies..

the items are good except for treads exp is late game and the BF.. wouldnt it be better to get boots of travel instead

2 x Bracers,Power Treads,Vladmir's Offering
Mechansm,Radiance.
Make sure u creep on to the towers from
all the lanes Take damage of towers
save your creeps
If u take damage wait till u hit 40% life ;start the shield begin the ultimate see the healing of Abaddon take over the losing game
Also good while being meat shield for low
Hp ally.Try it out once........U'll love it.

i played abbadon 2day. i put him with butterfly for aspd. BoT, radiance and battle fury for farming. s&y and MKB. i got beyond godlike streak and i killed pudge. i got all these equips in one game cuz one of my enemy was a noob. try s&y butterfly and Battlefury. easy farming.

im a great user of abaddon but i thimk i try this one

In my oppinion your guides okay... i dont agree with maxing death coil last... since you don't have a finisher.. death coil wud come in handy.. but good effort..

i'd say that when using this hero, it is quite hard to kill enemies because he is near ranged and the shield scares most heroes away before you even get near them. there for i would recommend that players buy a fully ungraded Dagon to zap their enemies to ash as a last hit

yea...i use that kind of pla style...it netted me kills in scenarios like....i have red hp due to him harrasing me(hes ranged) so i stay back till shield cools down. wen it does, self-cast then charge at him...wen it disappears run back...rinse and repeat..

@Derkk: you dont need a satanic on this hero since hes already a tank with so much hp...buy a HoT instead...it'll come to much more use...bu yeah, i agree with not getting the bashers..your not a permabasher, your a TANK. Use your abilities to their fullest...

i recommend the use of radiance and arcane... because Abbads is a low-mana hero. And u need mana fOR the apotic shield.

i think death coil is good you shoulduse it abd i wouldnt take the basher i would take an MKB

shield is crap late game, when everybody does high dmg.. early game, i'd rather get shield and death coil for easy kills and get fast cash.

What do you mean take off basher? With his frostmourne, he has very high atck speed, he can eb a permabash.

About the death coil, meh. Early game apothic shield can do the same damage and frostmourne is a much better hero killer (gives allied hero and creeps extra movespeed and attack speed to butcher your enemy). And you can't really withstand the recoil on death coil early game, it is not worth it and mid game, does almost no damage at all. However, after that middle lane huge ganks when your ally is escaping from an asssasination or being chased, death coil can save lives. So I would take it, not just till 14.

Nope Death Coil is not useless in fact it can activate your aphotic shield to explode and it can damage enemy and can also heal allies!!!

if you want mana+mana regen and a high attack speed bonus + bigger mana get orchid malevolence i preffer it even though its for int types it gives abaddon more mana faster mana regen and faster attack dont forget about orchid malevolence soul burn your enemy will take 15% more damag its a good item for him

sorry for the double post but i forgot it also gives +35 damage and the soul burn silence(in case you dont know silence makes usable skill not passive ones to be blocked and cant be used for a short duration)enemies^^
