I suggest Vanguard early game 'coz Leshrac's HP is miserable.

yep.. vanguard for HP boost and boots of travel so u cud stay near running enemy heroes as u use pulse nova...

Why don't you get both?

It's usually better to get Eul's Scepter before Aghanim's Scepter to increase mana regen. I don't think Vanguard is needed since you have great range, and if you play smart enough, won't get hit that much. Early HP problem could be solved by an early Bracer, and playing cautiously. You may have a problem early game against ranged heroes, but you can always switch to other lanes. Unless of course all your opponents are ranged, which almost never happens.

garfield... your wrong.. yuniko is right.. vanguard would be most useful for int heroes specialy tormented soul, what if you your one of the enemy is using Anubarak?? using his ultimate skill 80% chance tormented soul will be kill because of low HP...20% chance can be escape if you have back up hero to stun or slow Anubarak... right YUNIKO?? ^_^ did i get your point why choose vanguard??

if u wanna become pro, buy blink dagger and ATT ppl with Pulse Nova and Diabolic Edict.the hero sure die

@ Yicong - well, you're right for the most part. Garfield has a point too, but I feel that bracer's HP bonus is too low. *shrug* and the damage block of vanguard is great too, not to mention the regen.

Bracer adds 104HP thats nots small for early game

Hey guys thanx for all the great suggestions. I was thinking health and mana regen wont be a problem cuz perseverence is your first item. And i guess changing the two nulls into bracers would solve the hp problem to a good extent... 208 more hp. Thats almost vanguard. And making a vanguard right away will take a lot of time and besides hes not such a great farmer. If you make aghanems right after the bracers you wont have any hp problems. So adding it up you have 450 hp and 400 mana from soul booster(which is pretty easy to earn early game) you have the 204 hp from the bracers and the 100% mana regen and 4 hp/sec from persevernce so it works out fine. Plus the same time you take to make vanguard you could already have aghanim's sceptre. Which helps you to deal a hell of a lot of damage in mid game when leshrac is most effective. But if you REALLY are getting harrased vanguard is the right item for that case. But in most of the times i played leshrac i was the one doing all the harrasing.

wait....y not start with 2 bracers instead....gives 208HP and some regen bec of the +str, vanguard gives 250HP and 4hp regen. tRy iT.....

but leshrac is very fragile i agree,but just play it safe, i usually but a ror and a sobi..for spamming nukes and regen, btw the first two skill i'd take would be eddict and split,..those two are a real killer..also at lvl 5 u can hunt neutral creeps..turn ur sobi into basillus and buy a shoe..after that hunt for heroes,just turn on eddict and stun the enemy, chase, kill...but in order to play it safe,u'll need backup cuz he's so fragile..after the shoe,basillus, ror, get booster,BoT, then aghanim..but he's still fragile, get tarras if u have to, then it's aegis
playing leshrac is very difficult early on..so a vanguard would be a nice sub for all the item i mention above..it all depends on the situation..if ur being owned,def up,if ur owning att up,if it's a tie,att up also..btw pretty decent strat for lesrac..Cheers!

the vitality and point is pretty much impossible. Yes he is a good farmer but since u mentioned he is fragile, he might get back n forth to the foountain.
I agree to the item build. Yes itwas preety easy yet effective build but the
skill line up was preety bad. I prefer diabolic effect than lightning storm and the rest is stats to make him a bit tougher than the expected leshrac. WHy is that so??? coz i use him every time i play depending on my allies.

5 linken spheres with BOT.. is the best way to go.. heres why.. you need HP and HP regen.. spell negates will help you stay alive.. and you need Mana and Mana regen and move speed to kill.. the extra agility will boost your armor some too.. and make you have a semi decent AS.

shopping is always simple.. ROH and void stone are cheap.. but ultimate orb is pricey.. you will always be able to maximize your gold use everytime you go shop. if you need space you can build the linken, making your inventory easily manageable..

Great guide - I read this right before I randomed him. The Soul booster is key, just like you said. Once I got that, I started to own in any large battle that took place. 9.5/10

i think you must focus first and most importantly to his HP because zeus can kill him in no time... using only the lightning bolt about 2 to 3 times

Zues wouldn't be hard to kill if you use this guy right. Stun, Pulse, attack Lightning, kill.

Great strat. man I like how you put linkens, guinsoo, and the radiance they sorta match up with his skills.

try getting 5 guinsoos and 1 aghanim sceptre OR 6 guinsoos...

isn't that obvious? leshrac is NOT dependant on his attack damage, but he mainly depends on his AoE skills.diabolic eddict and Pulse nova are his top damaging skills and in order to maximize its portentila you need to be running right beside the hero. B.o.T gives you the best chance to do that. Ppower treads offers only 65 and that's not enough to "keep up" with your enemies.

boots, basilius, 2 bracers then save up for euls then olbi staff then straight to guinsoo, then aghanims and radiance!

Great guide actually but I suggest maxing lightning storm at lvl7. I suggest over null though.

It isn't necessary to buy Scepter ASAP, pulse nova along with your other damaging spells will be enough. Buy Guinsoo's ASAP, while this item gives you so much regen that you can spam your spells allready in early game. 2 Bracers along with the guinsoo's and BoT afterwords. Scepter first becomes necessary in mid/late-game.

Split Earth + Pulse Nova + Lightning

Get behind your enemies then use your spells in this order when you gang in early/mid game and your enemies will be dead meat.

i think you need to buy arcane ring to fasten your mana regen and use vanguard and a taraque, treads, dagger of escape, scadii??

nice strat but my line up is mek arcane ring power treads scepter kelens dagger and a heart of teresque,and i would add diobolic edict and split earth as much as possible because those are his strengths

Magnus Reverse Polarity, Darchrows Black Hole and Dark Seers Vacuum is a good mix with this hero.

good guide... i just suggest this build almost the same as urs but its BoT sheepy stick lothars edge and rad... if u got money scepter... y because rad stacks with diabolic and nova.... BoT keep up with hero.... lothars edge keeps u up with hero and makes it so u cant be stoped by any spells unlike linkins which is a one time thing... and the sheepy stick to also keep u with them...

Hi all, i am a new in this game, i used this strat , and humm dont work XD, the hero is too fragile, can do a lot of damage in mid late game, that is good for ur team ... but a lot of kills.

great detailed strat, but i always skipped diabolic edict coz its a channel spell & not as effective in my opinion..

Leshrac is my 3rd fav hero, 2 words, DeVasTatingly PoWerFuL! i was lik the highest lvl in my team almost all the time, cos thks to his AoE skills wif the gold gained in mob sweeps. XD

i start wif a RoR and 1 or 2 flasks for 5vs5 match, treads -> soul booster -> dagon -> aghanim's scepter -> Linken's sphere -> helm of dominator (by the time i reach dis build, the game is finished) 2 things i forgot r perseverance & guinsoo's scythe of vyse, i tried perseverance but it mess up my soul booster & created bloodstone so i kinda skipped it..

u get 2 sceptars BoT heart bloodstone Rad BEYOND GODLIKE

this is personally my favourite hero in the game.

I prefer going harrassing/survival build early game.

1. 2xbracer
2. vanguard
3. BoT
4. either Hex or Radiance ( depeds of enemy heroes. But woud usually try and get both by endgame)
5. Shiva's

I suggest not to get/use pulse nova till like lvl 14 i mean if you get pulse in early levels like 6 its useless since split earth and lightning storm will out dmg pulse nova and still leave you with enough mana to cast.

Also I'd like to point out that the Lightning Storm's range is 700range from where it hits the first victim and can chain until it exausts the limit.
and and edict deals 50 dmg and 60 explosions in lvl 4 so pretty much easy 3000 dmg to towers.

i think dred_lord has a point sa i think that maybe yun only need i sand buydome pots
